Netley Hall is host to 20 spacious bedrooms, surrounded by 160 acres of Shropshire countryside.

Within the Hall, there are a range of suites to choose from for your experience with us. Netley Hall is home to 12 double bedrooms, 3 twin bedrooms, 1 triple bedroom with private Atrium, 1 family suite, 2 deluxe suites and 1 suite that comes with your very own private swimming pool and jacuzzi. Please be aware that the swimming pool is private and only available to the guests staying in bedroom 20.

Hall Features

The Hall features a restaurant open daily between 12:00 – 22:00 and a lounge bar area open 10:00-23:00 daily. 

Feel free to access the surrounding country estate encompassing 160 acres, including two woodland areas and 6 fresh water lakes. 

Complimentary car parking is available immediately outside of the Grand Hall. 

Our suites include tea/ coffee facilities, sky television,  24/7 reception access and ensuite bathroom.

Our suites provide a variety of bath and shower options, please request preferred option upon booking. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Breakfast is included each morning of your stay, served between 7:30am – 9:30am.

New 3.5km walking trail (dog friendly) opening from 1st May 2024.

Holiday Lodges in Shropshire

Come and take a break in our Holiday Lodges to experience the blissful Shropshire countryside. 12 spacious Holiday Lodges set against our Victorian walled gardens offer the perfect staging point for your countryside adventure.

The 12 lodges comprise of 2 one bedroom, 3 two double bedrooms and 7 with a double and twin bedroom.
All of the lodges have a lounge and either one or two ensuite bedrooms. Each lodge has a kitchen / dining area equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher and utensils should you wish to prepare your own food.
Please note that these lodges are built within a Victorian walled garden and as such whilst all of the bedrooms are properly ventilated not all of them have a window. Should you specifically require a window, please advise at the time of booking.

Pets

Pets are permitted in the lodges at a cost of £10.00 per pet per stay with a maximum of four pets.

Well behaved clean pets are permitted in the Hall bar and lounge area.
Pets are not permitted in the Hall bedrooms or main restaurant.

General

Please show consideration to other guests and to members of staff at Netley Hall and have respect for the accommodation that you are in. On departing please leave your accommodation in a clean and tidy condition.

You will be held responsible for any damage occurred during your stay. We reserve the right to charge you, during or after your stay for any loss or damage to the accommodation. We reserve the right to enter the accommodation at any time for any reason. Please do not remove items from your accommodation even if they are left in other parts of the estate. Any missing items will be charged to your credit card.

Please check your accommodation carefully prior to you leaving as we do not accept liability for things left behind.

Bookings

Upon booking 50% of the total booking cost is due, the remaining 50% is due prior to check in. Please be aware that check in will not be permitted until 100% of the total cost of your booking is paid and valid bank card details are provided as security in the event of damage. 

Group Bookings

All group bookings in excess of 10 persons are accepted subject to the approval of Netley Hall. Members for the same family and/or friends who are previously known to each other, or travelling together/or reside at the same address will be considered as a group for the purposes of these terms, irrespective of separate bookings being made.

Disabled guests

If you have special requirements please let us know at the time of the booking. We will try our best to meet these requirements but they cannot always be guaranteed.

Visitors

Should you have family/friends staying in the area, you are welcome to entertain them in your accommodation or indeed within the Hall bar / restaurant. We do ask however that you advise us of the registration number of any vehicle being left on the estate over night for security purposes.

Arrival and departure times

Your accommodation will be available on the day of arrival from 3:00pm*. Please bring your confirmation of booking with you. If you have not previously supplied it, your credit card details and identification document will be required on check in. Our reception is open 24/7. Please check out no later than 10:00am on the day of departure. Late check outs will incur an additional charge equivalent to one extra night’s stay if not arranged prior to departure.

Early check ins and late check outs are available at a small fee when arranged directly with the Netley Reception team prior to your arrival at the venue.

*The Burway (swimming pool) suite and Wrekin suite are available for check in from 5:00pm and check out no later than 1:00pm. 

Changing the date of your booking

Please inform us immediately should you wish to change the date of your stay. All changes are subject to availability and will incur a £20 (plus vat) booking fee. You will also incur additional charges if the cost of the accommodation is higher. If you wish to change your booking it must be done by telephone and then confirmed in writing. Bookings may not be changed within 14 days of the arrival date. 

Where you have booked with us via a voucher or by utilising a special discount of any kind bookings cannot be altered once made.

Cancellation of your booking

Please inform us immediately should you wish to cancel your booking. If you wish to cancel your booking it must be done by telephone and then confirmed in writing.

Where you have booked with us via a voucher or by utilising a special discount of any kind bookings may be cancelled but there will be no refund due. All other bookings if cancelled will be subject to the following payments:

Number of days before the start of your holiday that notification of cancellation is received by Netley Hall Hotel;

Amount payable by you:

More than 14 days from the first day of your stay – 10% of the total cost of your accommodation. 

Between 2 and 14 days from the first day of your stay -50% of the total cost of your accommodation.

Cancellation on the day of, or during your stay with us – 100% of the total cost of your accommodation.

We recommend that you take out holiday insurance at the time of your booking to protect yourself against any losses arising in the event that you have to cancel your booking for any reason. 

Cancellation or Changes of your booking by us

If for any reason we have to change or cancel a booking we will advise you as soon as possible in writing, and either provide you with alternative accommodation comparable to the one booked, or a full refund.

We will not be liable for any other loss or expense that may be incurred as a result of such cancellation. 

Sleeping arrangements

Our accommodation descriptions show the ideal number that the accommodation will sleep. Under no circumstances may more than the maximum number of persons indicated stay overnight in the accommodation.

Children

Children aged twelve years and under may not be left alone without full adult supervision. Children remain the responsibility of parents or guardians at all times.

We do not provide cots or the bed linen for cots, if you require these you should bring your own. 

Breakages & Damage

With all bookings, card details and identification documents will be taken and retained on file. In the event of any breakages or damage to the cottage or its contents your card will be charged and an invoice sent to you via email or mail.

 

Card/Payments

You will be required to provide card details upon checking in at the hotel, failure to do so will result in your stay being cancelled and no refund given.

Your card details will be stored securely and will be deleted 48 hours after your stay with us. In the event where it is necessary to charge your card due to damage or none payment we will inform you in writing before doing so. 

We do not accept American Express. 

Please be aware we do not offer a room charging facility. All services should be paid for at the point of delivery.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted in any part of the accommodation; We reserve the right to charge you a cleaning fee of £100 plus vat when the smell of smoke is present.

Pets

Pets are not permitted in the Netley Hall hotel rooms. Pets are permitted in the Holiday lodges subject to a £10 charge per pet and prior arrangement with the Netley Reception team. A maximum of 4 pets per lodge are allowed. 

In the event that you bring an unauthorised pet into any accommodation you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of £100 plus vat and your stay will be cancelled. Assistance dogs are accepted by prior arrangement only.

Fuel, Water & Heating

There is no extra charge for electricity, water, gas and heating. The only exception to this is where a guest may want to charge an electric vehicle, please ask the Netley Reception team before arrival regarding this. 

Vehicles

Your vehicles, their accessories and contents are left entirely at your risk. Guests are not permitted to charge an electric vehicle on site. Guests on arrival are required to provide the registration number of their vehicle. 

The Fishery

Guests may use the fishery. The cost to do so is £10 per day for up to two rods per person. Our Fishery rules are posted on our website and must be adhered to.
